Редакцискиот одбор на Folia Archaeologica Balkanica прима само наполно оформени трудови за печатење кои се напишани согласно упатството за изготвување на текстот. Сите автори се замолуваат да ги следат упатствата за изготвување на текст. Доколку редакцијата и рецензентот забележат некоректности во трудот или дека не е постапено во смисла на горните определби, тој ќе му биде вратен на авторот за исправка и дополнување.
Трудовите треба да бидат доставени во печатена и електронска форма на CD, DVD или испратени преку електронска пошта на fabalkanica@gmail.com, изготвени во формат компатибилен со програмата Microsoft Word.
Трудовите не треба да содржат повеќе од 16 страници. Треба да се напишани на еден од конгресните јазици (англиски, француски, германски, шпански, италијански, руски).
Текстовите треба да содржат:
– информации за авторот/ите (во горниот лев агол)
– име и презиме на авторот/ите
– име на институцијата
– e-mail адреса на авторот/ите
– наслов на текстот
– апстракт, до 200 зборови
– клучни зборови, до 5
– резиме на македонски јазик (Times New Roman, 12 pt, со македонска поддршка)
– да бидат напишани на Times New Roman, 12 pt, со вообичаен проред 1,5
Фотографиите и илустрациите треба да бидат со 300dpi.

The organizing and publishing committee of the journal Folia Archaeologica Balkanica defines the parameters for the formatting of the papers. All authors are kindly asked to follow the text formatting recommendations. The papers that will not meet the requirements will be returned for further formatting.
The papers should be sent by e-mail to fabalkanica@gmail.com or by mail in hard copy and saved on a CD or DVD. The papers should be prepared in Microsoft Word compatible format, accompanied by properly numbered photographs and illustrations.
Instructions for text editing:
– Papers should not exceed 16 pages (1 page contains 1800 characters)
– Papers should be written in one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian
All papers should contain the following elements:
– Document containing abstract, key words and text
– Summary in Macedonian
– Document containing list of illustrations
– References
– Illustrations (all illustrations in JPEG or TIFF format should be send as separate documents and named and numbered as shown in text)
The papers should also contain:
– Information about the author (in the top left corner)
– Name and surname of author(s) (12 pt)
– Name and address of the Institution(s) of Affiliation(s) (11 pt)
– E-mail of author(s)
– Title of the paper (all caps, 14 pt, bold, center)
– Abstract, up to 200 words
– Key words, up to 5
– Summary in Macedonian (Time New Roman, 12 pt, with Macedonian language support)
– Papers should be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, line spacing 1,5.
Photographs and illustrations should have resolutions of 300 dpi.
